Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It is in the same condition that you received it

  • It is unused and unworn

  • It includes all original tags

  • It is in the original packaging

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is also required

You may also return a product in these cases:

  • The product is damaged upon arrival (report within 7 business days with photos).

  • You received the wrong product or parts are missing.

  • The Dispute Team explicitly asks you to return the product (return within 10 days).

  • The product is defective (e.g., electronics) and you choose an exchange (return shipping costs are your responsibility).

  • For products from an overseas warehouse, you may return them for quality issues within 7 days after receiving (return shipping costs are your responsibility).

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom products (such as personalized items or made-to-order goods)

  • Personal care items (including opened beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item after the return is approved.


EU 10-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 10 days, for any reason and without justification.

As with our standard return policy, items must be in their original condition, unused, with tags and in the original packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, you’ll be refunded automatically via your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If it has been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info.elitra@gmail.com.


Returns of Products with Free Gifts

If you return a product that came with a free gift (e.g. a dress with a free handbag), the free gift must also be returned. Returns without the included gift will not be accepted.
